Planning a party, that primarily deals with colours, is a great way to bring something personal to the event, as well as add something whimsical to the celebrations. Take the colour blue for example with a massive range of blues from baby blue through to royal and navy blue, how to integrate blue as a party theme?

Have blue coloured balloons and streamers to inspire an ocean themed party.
