Q. How much does it cost to hire a Jumping Castle in the Brisbane region?
Prices start from $269 and vary depending on the size and type of jumping castle. Our range allows hiring options for all age groups, budgets and event sizes. Delivery is charged separately, from $34.99 up to $199 depending on your suburb, and covers delivery, set-up, pack-down and removal within our delivery area.
Q. How much is delivery?
Delivery starts from $34.99 for most Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and Moreton Bay postcodes, up to $199 for outer areas such as Canungra and Esk. Simply choose your suburb when you book. If your suburb isn't listed, call us on 1800 42 42 02.
Q. How and when do I pay? Do I need to pay a deposit?
No upfront payment or deposit is required. You can pay by cash or card when we arrive, or by card when making your booking. Payment must be made before the jumping castle is set up.
Q. How long is the hire?
Our standard hire time is 6 hours. Longer and overnight hire is available, and some of our castles come with FREE overnight hire. Please discuss your needs with us when booking.
Q. What is the latest time you collect the jumping castles?
We require that the jumping castles are picked up by 8 pm. However, there are options to keep the jumping castle overnight (some castles include FREE overnight hire) or to have it picked up later. Please discuss your needs with us if required.
Q. Can the Jumping Castle be set up on a slope?
Yes we can. Unless the slope is extreme, this will not affect the jumping castle.
Q. Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete or another hard surface?
Absolutely! Just let us know it's a hard surface when making your booking, as sand bags and rubber mats are required. We use sand bags to secure the jumping castle and place the mats in front of the castle for safety.
Q. Do I need to hire a generator?
All of our jumping castles come with a blower (this is what inflates the jumping castle). The blower requires power at all times. Standard household power is all we need, and we supply long extension leads included in the price of hire. If your party or event is somewhere without power, such as a park, you can hire our generator for $119 (price includes fuel). One generator will run two jumping castles, and overnight generator hire is an extra $50.
Yes! We do not charge any extra to set up in a park, however you may need to get permission from the park or centre to have a jumping castle at your event. If there is no power supply you can hire our generator.
Our range starts from 3x3m jumping castles and goes up to 15m+ obstacle courses and slides, such as our 50FT Dual Lane Obstacle Course Waterslide.
We recommend at least 0.5 metres of space around the castle. For a 3x3m jumping castle, we would need at least 3.5 x 3.5m. Each product page states its sizing and room required.
Q. What is the age you need to be to go on the jumping castles?
Our small jumping castles are suitable for children 12 years of age and younger. We also have teenage jumping castles and adult jumping castles.
Q. How many people can use the jumping castles at once?
Small jumping castles are suitable for up to 8 children at one time and medium jumping castles for up to 12 children at a time. Our larger castles and combos hold more, for example our Giant Circus 4n1 holds 30 kids! These limits suit the average weight of each age group. Contact us if you need more information.
Small jumping castles are 3.2m tall. Our 4x4m jumping castles and slide castles are 4.3m tall and our bigger jumping castles are 5m tall. Each product page states the individual height and room required.
Q. Do you hire waterslides?
Yes! Our waterslides range from $299 for the 4x5 water slide & jumping castle up to $999 for the 50ft dual lane obstacle waterslide. They are delivered, set up and packed down by us.
Q. Are your jumping castles safe? Do you have insurance?
All our castles comply with AS 3533 and are CE certified, and are secured with heavy steel pegs or weighted sand bags. Blast Entertainment carries $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. Our Certificate of Currency is available on our About page.
Q. Do I get a receipt?
A tax invoice will be emailed or texted to you once payment has been made.
Q. What happens if we cancel our hire?
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before delivery. After this time there is a $50 cancellation fee. On-the-day cancellations will be charged the full hire amount unless due to weather. There is no cancellation fee for bad weather such as heavy rain or wind.
Q. What if it rains?
There is no cancellation fee for bad weather. Jumping castles can't be used in heavy rain or strong wind.
Q. Can I make a last-minute booking?
Yes, give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Q. Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes, contact us to discuss a package for your event.
Q. What else do you hire?
As well as jumping castles and waterslides, we hire snow cone and slushy machines, photobooths, marquees, tables and chairs, and games.

DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery is charged by suburb, from $34.99 up to $199, and is calculated when booking.
If your address is outside our delivery area, please give us a call on 1800 42 42 02 and we will see what we can do.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to bad weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund.
Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our jumping castles, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space, accessibility or an inappropriate location.
